Looks like the U.S will get the most medals in the Olympics this year - and more than our winning number in Tokyo - but China, which lost to us by one gold in Tokyo will beat us in golds. Just too many events they’re good in while we underperformed. Most notably in swimming, track, and beach volleyball.

#politics. Harris should not agree to a debate with Trump hosted by Fox - which admitted in the lawsuit they lost that it isn’t a news network. Opinion/entertainment only. Okay, maybe the History Channel’s Ancient Aliens program would like to host a debate?
Thank you, Joe Biden. Thank you for putting a stop to Trump in 2020. Thank you for your leadership in getting important measures passed that stagnated for so long. Thank you for your international expertise in keeping our allies together and getting our political hostages back from Russia. And thank you for your wisdom and patriotism in ceding power to your second in command so we can prevent Trump from having a second go at disaster for the country!
@feloneouscat Well, it’s because the venue’s officials didn’t allow the thousands of Trump supporters waiting outside into the building, according to Trump. And not only that, Harris supporters were coerced to attend. Jeez, he’s got a lie for everything.

Agree. And Smith as AG isn’t a far-fetched idea going forward. For sure, he’d have the motivation to see his hard work come to fruition finally.

@johnldeboer: The AG is not a judgeship. It's the federal government's prosecuting attorney. Jack Smith would've been a better AG. He's keenly intelligent, experienced, doesn't waste time on Nerf, aggressive when it's time to be so and patient (even when it's irksome but due to process and protocol). That said, I believe Garland was a good SCOTUS Associate Justice pick.
@thedisasterautist Yup. Never should have been picked for AG. Not in his temperament. Always bending over backward to be fair, as judges - the good ones - are won’t to do.
