families of the victims should be well aware at this point that the rest of their community, and the state as a whole, does not give a fuck about their kids. not only has Texas re-elected every Republican holding statewide and federal office, Uvalde itself chose to re-elect or otherwise retain every single person involved. they voted for Abbott, who attended an NRA convention while they buried what remained of their kids. they kept the whole police force. children died and they don't care.

Even if Hamas is sheltering in schools, it's not acceptable to consider children collateral damage.
Yes, it's despicable that Hamas uses its own people that way. That doesn't make it less of a war crime to deliberately bomb children and other non-combatants.
Israel ALWAYS says they were targeting Hamas fighters. Somebody should start asking them if they think Palestinian children ARE Hamas fighters
and those hot spots are predominantly in red states, begging the question whether it's because housing prices are cheaper and people are short-sighted & stupid, or whether they're just following their jobs which are increasingly moving to pro-corporate anti-worker states
