I think about it like this: myself and others have developed a filtering life skill. Others may not have and/or have developed instead a sensitivity to static and drama. Easy for me to see how; the www is an intense information environment.
I filter wordle only to retain screen real estate, don't recall ever using block. But am glad the option is there.
