I understand and accept that I am going to run into this staying in a shelter. But the fact is, they ALSO need to be aware that people around them have issues. I'm not the only adult in the room.

I'm having a tough time today. Untreated mania is a huge trigger for me- not only the constant, high-paced rattling but the complete obliviosity, the inability to consider that they may be driving people insane. The delusions of grandeur. The toxic positivity- and their ability to hear someone tell them about toxic positivity, agree wholeheartedly, say they "get it" and then engage in it in the same breath.

Little in this world compares to the joy of well-made bread with butter.
