@DavidSalo This is my 19yr old son's first election. He's the only one of his male group of friends that voted for Kamala/Walz. Leading up to election, he said she wasn't going to win. His assessment was that Trump was winning over a lot of young men (uneducated about basic Civics) who have been made to feel like criminals for just being men coupled with being afraid of the libtard tag.

This women did not have one person at her job that cared to check-in on her at least once a day. If that isn't sad enough, not a concerned call to authorities from a family member or friend that she was missing.

People that don't know me often call me a pessimist because I have a realistic worldview.
It takes a tremendous amount of delusion, denial, and purposeful ignorance to be able to survive by refusing to see the world for how it is. The amount of energy and calculated effort to ensure a constant stream of manufactured fantasy must be exhausting and terrifying when cracks start to form and you have to quickly patch them with any lies you can or else lose your mind.
