During my commute, I try extra hard to savor the things I see on my travels--trying to use the time in a peaceful and healthful way.

Today, I noticed an elder gentleman walking his golden retriever across a field. He wore a plaid jacket and smoked a pipe. He seemed utterly content as he watched his dog gamboling ahead of him in the dry grass.

A few wisps of hair stood at the crown of his head and added an endearing quirk to the scene.

Knowing nothing, it seemed a good life.

Me too, actually! I even like Oat Milk. Oats. They can do just about anything.

I LOVE Oatmeal raisin cookies. I have zero shame and do not care what other people think about them. I like them especially when they're on the thin and chewy side with crisp edges.
