This one get's a bad rap from too many people. I think they just haven't had a good one. Today is National Oatmeal Cookie Day!!!! With or without raisins.

I LOVE Oatmeal raisin cookies. I have zero shame and do not care what other people think about them. I like them especially when they're on the thin and chewy side with crisp edges.

Me too, actually! I even like Oat Milk. Oats. They can do just about anything.
