I manually add them to my health records. I found CVS also didn’t add them so I just added them myself no matter where I get them. It’s a hassle, but I may need to know sometime.

Weird but good to know. I’ve only got a couple of Google devices but I control my Kasa devices through my Google hub. I’ll remember that the next time we lose the internet here, which seems to happen every other week for no reason.

I hate that. I’ve had a couple of devices do that. I’m never sure which end is at fault. It usually happens after an update but not always. Have you considered deleting it from the app and the router and starting back at the beginning?

The trend I'm seeing is that static devices (set once and forget) are fine with the 2.5Ghz band. But devices that require frequent communication do better with 5Ghz. Most home devices are static or set to a routine.
Has your issue with Google Home been resolved?

Does your router use 2.5Ghz and 5Ghz? Try setting your devices to use 2.5 and check if Google Home can see them. Some home assistants can’t work with the 5Ghz band.
