Update…this just in…
The flu I thought I had last week was Covid, so even though it was just detected I’m already recovering. And neurology are finding no signs of stroke so likely nerve damage of some sort. In fact, as you can see in this X-ray, neurology didn’t find much at all.

Today sure went sideways. I thought I was headed out for four hours of filing and data entry then back home. Instead I wound up in the VA ER awaiting admission. It’s a long, boring story involving a numb hand a a positive Covid test. Since the hand could be the result of a stroke, I’ve had a CT scan and am getting an MRI (which I despise). Life can always throw you a curve ball. Hopefully you can catch it. Updates in due order. 😷

How I spent most of Saturday.

A 1954 Nash Metropolitan. My mom bought a blue and white one new the year I was born. It died eight years later in a grocery store parking lot and we both cried.
