I always thought Cyclops was the worst growing up.

Rewatching the Animated Series from '92, maybe I just needed to grow up to realize that while he's kinda square, he's a good character and leader.

I made J Kenji Lopez-Alt's red beans and rice last night, recipe to follow. I think it's too southern for the rest of my family which means I get the whole pot to myself.

And boy am I being a piggy. Can't wait until I make it again and get another pot to myself.
