So I'm rewatching X-Men the animated series for the first time as an adult.

One thing that completely stands out to me is how well the show has Storm and Rogue have a legit friendship.

Kinda neat to see something so incredibly 90s also have some great relationships, especially between women.

But we aren't gonna talk about some of the uhhhmm... camera choices... for Rogue in this season.

I'm guessing Rogue made a lot of people growing up realize something about themselves 😂😂😂

I just started my first D&D session with a few work friends who have never played before. I rolled a bard.

They don't realize this is going to be me when they are all fighting for their lives.

They are easily radicalized because the brand of masculinity they believe in insists on never talking about feelings.

And yet, the main reason why the methods for radicalization work, are because the individual is isolated from any and all feelings. Hatered becomes intoxicating in the absence of any other feelings.

Until you break the broken vision of masculinity that is plastered all across the internet, you are fighting a forest fire with a bucket brigade.
