Today is just jammies, coffee, chilaquiles, coffee, reading, snacking, music. Long hot shower. Back in robe and jammies. Put a corned beef on. More of the same. Wind is whipping outside, 40kts and 45 degrees. I got nowhere I have to go. ;^)

I have not watched Jon Stewarts eulogy for his dog. I don't think I could take it. I'm tearing now just thinking about it.

I could handle both of my parents' death in old age. Because it was appropriate. It was the way of things.

Losing a companion like your dog just sucks. A lot. And we have to go thru it so many times and it never gets easier.

Beginning; possibly April, or as late as July. Maybe.🤔
Rate; Good hourly, per diem, motel, mileage.👍
Background security check.👍
Prehire drug test. 🤦‍♂️
Which we've now scheduled for 30 days out, as I told them I have a med card but will lay off until I can pass.
Guess I'll be drinking more. 🥃

I found a couch in a closed restaurant - my usual overnight airport ploy - and woke at 04:15 to find I was upgraded to 1st class. At 04:45 I was comfortably seated with coffee, Omelette and bloody Mary on the way. Now boarding for my final flight into a snowstorm. 🌨️❄️🥶
