“Woke fillings” is my new favourite band name that doesn’t exist yet.

@process

They're probably talking about lasagna being classified as a sandwich

@Fiikus_goddess

@Fiikus_goddess @Kurtroedeger @process That's ridiculous. They're different. If you puke multiple sandwiches on top of one another is a pile of sandwiches. But no matter how many lasagnas you stack the result is still one lasagna

Follow

@process @Kurtroedeger @Fiikus_goddess nope. You have to deconstruct the sandwiches. Otherwise you wind up with bread against bread which is a definite delineation between sandwiches

@Fellixe @process @Fiikus_goddess

There's no limit on the thickness of the middle bread. So if the middle bread is thicker than three regular slices of bread, would you qualify it as a club sandwich even if it was more bread than two sandwiches stacked. and if the slices anything the middle were abutting in the loaf, are they really separate or just discretely rendered sections of a thicker piece.

@Kurtroedeger @process @Fiikus_goddess Thick bread is fine, but a different thing than multiple bread. If you had thick bread and then cut that bread you'd be creating a new sandwich

@Fellixe If you cut a sandwich diagonally, twice, how many sandwiches do you have?
@Kurtroedeger @process @Fiikus_goddess

@stueytheround @Fellixe @Kurtroedeger @process @Fiikus_goddess depends if a tree is falling in a forest with no one to hear it at the same time

@Fiikus_goddess @Fellixe @process
I will accept fellixes logic that a club sandwich is not the same as stacking multiple sandwiches but that still doesn't mean lasagna isn't a club sandwich with many layers.

@Kurtroedeger @Fiikus_goddess @Fellixe @process

Call it whatever you like, as long as it gets into my mouth! Lasagna, that is. Nothing weird.

@Notokay @Fiikus_goddess @Fellixe @process

You say that like I'd do something weird.

Okay, fair enough.

@Notokay @Kurtroedeger @Fiikus_goddess @process Good shirt!

Somewhat related, I'm finally getting the hang of gluten free lasagna. The counterintuitive thing about making it GF is to not cook the noodles before layering, and rest it at least 10 minutes after it comes out instead of cooking it for additional time.
