Yeah, Balrog is also, "Get the fuck out of my country, dudes," even if he ends up destroying himself instead.
Making some long distance calls on a land line, are we?
And the GOP women would be scrambling, too, making the GOP men crazy.
"Honey, where's the checkbook? I need it to order my marriage certificate from the county where our college is located."
"I don't know. I thought you were the last one to write a check."
"Maybe it's in that box with all the old tax paperwork."
Stuff like that always happens on Trash Day, too, doesn't it?
I know he can't have meant 26 mm of rain. That's heavy, but nothing unusual. Maybe 26 cm?
Lol, you want them to engage with the AI to dissuade them from their conspiracy theory beliefs? Merge it with a free porn chatbot. You'd flip the male/female D/R voting demographic.
and "non-GMO," unless your concern is reducing herbicide use or financial exploitation of farmers in developing nations. There's nothing unhealthy about eating it.
I'd say Wormtongue, the way he's gotten into old men's brains.
He always sounds wooden when he's reading a prepared speech off the teleprompter. He wouldn't have spent that many sentences talking spontaneously about someone besides himself, unless he was vilifying them.
Sounds like the people who wrote the speech pushed the little button in Microsoft Word to make sure it was below a 5th grade reading level, too. Not exactly JFK level prose.
@Tee_Lynn
If the Continental Congress had not compromised on the electoral college, the southern states would have formed their own country, probably would have surrendered to England in the war of 1812, and would might have overrun the north between them and the English. Politics is the art of the possible. If the ethical people wait for perfection, they get mowed down by those with the least scruples.
@Tee_Lynn
To pass a constitutional amendment that would be needed to change the electoral college system, it has to be ratified by 2/3 of the states. But there are too many sparsely populated states whose gerrymandered republican legislatures see the current situation to their party's favor. They'd never ratify it.
We can't even get the damned ERA ratified.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN
Putin no longer thinks it’s worth the investment to pump this one anymore.
That’s nice. The Costco “near” us is as far as possible from low income people.
They aren’t allowed to exact a “poll tax,” so if you need documents to vote, they can’t charge. Be sure to get your “Real ID” first and then use that to vote, so you don’t have to pay for either.
@LordsofHardwired
Or waiting to get her lip filler injection.
@Tee_Lynn
We may see that happen. They’re going to try.
@Tee_Lynn
Exactly, and unfortunately, there are still enough states that disproportionately benefit that there’s no way to shift to popular voting without going back to partition.
@Tee_Lynn
It becomes an issue if only the party in power can coordinate it. There are always a high percentage of people that don't vote, and even more potential votes from people who have moved and not been purged yet. Ten extra votes in each precinct for one party and strict enforcement of voting laws in precincts with majorities favoring the other party can swing a lot of votes. And they can just refuse to certify the urban precincts anyway.
@Klaatu_Veratta_Nectarine
I think territories actually don't pay federal income tax, though there are plenty of other things like FICA and excise taxes that get paid.
