Oh, the shame! My son was forced to use a bathroom with tampons in when he he was younger than that. Hanging my head utter mortification for being one of about a hundred million mothers raising kids in an apartment with one (gasp!) bathroom
Looking for ideas:
We have a lot of plastic Tupperware type stuff we don't use since we became more aware of its impact on our health as well as the environment. We've switched to glass for leftovers/produce and glass or paper for packed lunches.
My problem is what to do with all that plastic? Throw it out? That's a mess waiting to happen. Recycle it? That's turned out to be a joke. Most items, especially plastics, turned over to be recycled end up in landfill.
