Well, you don't want to take them if you don't need them. The problem imo is some doctors hear you have a problem and without much thought prescribe whatever drug the pharma sales rep left samples of.
As an example of a doctor thoughtfully prescibing supplements, when I mentioned to my main cardio that I had miserable pins & needles in my feet when I lie down, she said "magnesium" and she was right. After trying a couple different formulations, poof! Fixed.
They both are from University of Chicago and I wonder if it's a UofC thing.
The calcium I take has D3 in it. She just wanted me to stop taking a separate D3 pill.
Glad to hear you're mending so nicely! Keep surprising those docs - they need a little shake-up.
My doctors have prescribed all of those for me except D3 because I already had high levels of that. Interestingly, it was the cardiologists who prescribed them and new internist agreed.
I'll give 'em a ride to the airport

"We shouldnβt rush past the deeply troubling mindset that equates protests with an attack on a democratic regime. When they turn violent, protests are obviously a threat to the rule of law, but a threat to the rule of law is not the same as βdestabilizing a regime.β Taking protests about police misconduct, over which the federal government has minimal oversight and responsibility, and making them about a threat to your own power is a authoritarian mindset."

One factor is the rest of the GOP pols. The cowards are all afraid to stop kissing his doughy ass, so they support him to their local base. They repeat his lies, "explain" what he really-o truly-o *meant* to say, and demonize the Democrats with bullshit they know good and well is bullshit.
When I was a child (and dinosaurs roamed the earth) school always started after Labor Day. These kids are being robbed!
