Doing a food experiment at the moment, trying to cook kale and chicken thighs in the oven together. There's a bit of chicken stock and tomatoes and pine nuts in the container too 'cos I really hasn't thought about what I was doing before I did it.
Hope it works out, I really can't be bothered cooking anything else tonight if it all goes sideways..

A question I see on here repeatedly is, paraphrased,"why are you still on Twitter when it profits bad people?"
Partly it's because I have a history of calling out fascism and general bigotry, and deleting my account would erase all the times I've questioned those views where it may have helped someone to see opposing views.
Please remember, there is a pretty huge market in USED #DnD books and modules in the second-hand market if you really must ...
I have a question for all you more experienced #CoSoNauts.
Is it possible to search for a thing in regular text that isn't hashtagged?
For example, I saw something in the firehouse about space lasers. I've tried all the common variation of that term - laser, lasor, lazer, lazor etc, plural versions included, but with no results showing.
Occasionally I pop over to the bird site if I see a link here to it. On today's visit, it struck me that the blue tick is actually a good thing - It's kinda cool to see people openly advertise that they're most likely a dick.

There's a great short story called Reason, by Isaac Asimov. I first read it decades ago, but was reminded of it just now after seeing quite a few religion-centred posts here. Not being religious myself, it pretty much sums up my approach to those who are.

During the Twitter crash of Halloween 2022, as the Muskmelon turned everything he touched to shit, I was already experiencing a deluge of hate as a gay Jew.
Hoarsewhisperer made some tweet about how (paraphrased) "everything is fine, no need to panic; there is no hate in Ba Sing Se." And when I replied, "Just because you don't see it yourself doesn't mean it isn't happening," he blocked me.
It's good to be vindicated by statistics. π

cookie auto delete extension
Firefox and Chrome WebExtension that deletes cookies and other browsing site data as soon as the tab closes, domain changes, browser restarts, or a combination of those events
(it beats trusting a browser to delete all Cache, IndexedDB, LocalStorage, Plugin Data, Service Workers and Cookies when closing browser)
you can also set greylist-whitelist options for sites - mine is set at 30secs after closing a tab all is deleted

For those of you in the#UK with #BBC iPlayer - This Is Spinal Tap has just popped up on there. Classic mock-documentary comedy, well worth a watch if you haven't seen it, especially if you're into rock/metal music π
#HumanRights lawyer, #QasimRashid's mastodon post about a potentially life-saving app called #TurnSignl. The app is the brainchild of #Black #CivilRights lawyers and it enables the user to immediately call a lawyer using voice activation/single touch, as soon as they are pulled over by police.
You can read more about it and find a link for more info hereπ
