I propose that for everything you yell about on social media, you do one act in real life that contributes towards the positive progress you would like to see.

There are many, many things to be mad about, but blasting all of your grievances, all of the time, stresses people out and creates a feeling of helplessness, and is counterproductive to progress. People become immobilized when overwhelmed.
