Pictures of the damage to my big white pine. A 12" thick branch broke off, along with several smaller ones. They all fell on my huge lilacs. It's chainsaw and chipper time, I guess.

Our big white pine lost many big branches last night in the 'bomb'. It crushed our lilacs pretty flat. Power only flickered a couple times - small miracle considering where we live.

Pics tomorrow, had medical things over town today.

Since corporate profit margins are based on percentages, not absolute values; if import costs increase corporate profits will increase in actual value. The only downside would be reduced sales figures as those who cannot afford the price increases fall off the bottom.

In other words, tariffs only affect consumers negatively.
