@voltronic Ooof. The company I work at also uses KnowBe4. The good news is, the videos are relatively short and painless.
@voltronic We do these on a regular basis. So much so that when the Canteen sent out vouchers for a free cold drink during the heatwave, practically everyone reported it as a phishing scam
