thanks.
@corlin i enjoyed final fantasy 15 if you like rpg's
@corlin I'm no hardcore. I'm playing Civ 6, OOTP baseball, Cities Skylines, Age of Empires 4, and Creeper World 4
@corlin Deliver Us The Moon was so great!
...and I totally missed that the sequel (Deliver Us Mars) was released in February. Guess that will be one of my next plays.
Lately I've been hooked on RimWorld though.
@john_b
thanks.
I did not know about Mars.
@corlin Im a game dev teacher and esports coach, who isn’t a gamer. I was part of a group way back in the day who tried to include young womens voices in game dev, but we kinda failed. I’m honestly looking forward to a Myst/cyan revival, only one that ever engaged me.
@LaurelGreen
👍
Myst !
Yes it is sad, that the only way an indy game developer can get funding... Is to either trash women, or be a shooter.
@corlin our research, probably long gone, was on young women, the desire for storylines was so dramatically different from the way the industry evolved.
@corlin Superliminal, it's on the switch. Though that game made me motion sick
@corlin did you ever try Stanley Parable?
Nope.
Thanks a bunch.
Checking it out now.
@corlin it's more fun if you have no idea what it is about.
@corlin
Creaks, which is a fun little puzzle game. And if you haven’t played Portal:Bridge Constructer, you should.
@TomeReader
Great.
Thanks.
@corlin

Relicta
Planet Alpha
Disco Elysium
Wow.
Thanks.
I long list to check out.
@corlin Heh, no sweat. I play a LOT of games. Being disabled means I gotta fill the time somehow. I put 1700 hours on my PS5 last year, must have been at least half that on Xbone. Still play WoW and LotRO, and now that I have a Steam Deck I'm putting some more time into that ecosphere.
@corlin the Deponia series was a fun time.
