It looks like clickbait. The only evidence they have is a lawyer you've never heard of saying "the special counsel’s office was still investigating others involved on Jan 6th." So yeah, members of congress could end up getting indicted, but so could a lot of other people. They aren't offering anything specifically mentioning elected officials currently in office.
