For those keeping score Republicans haven’t put forth a single bill in the house yet to tackle
Inflation
Medical Prices
Environmental destruction
But they have began focusing on
Woke stuff (whatever woke means)
Trans people
Cutting social programs that keep people out of poverty
In case you needed examples that their midterm messages were completely full of shit.
Contrary to how it may appear, I'm really not enjoying the current Republican shitshow.
It's bad for the country.
It's bad for the world.
It's bad for us as the people who live here.
And it's bad for democracy.
And as bad as it is, eventually these assholes will sort themselves out and then it will get even WORSE.
@babaohreally yeah that's my thought too. I think it was actually another site (readerly) I was trying that did that, and ofc they don't offer a way to just reset my library.

tlinwright.com/classics-club-list-2019-2024/ Is my Classics Club List. I meant to start this in 2019, but didn't for reasons, and now I'm motivated. I should add that they are in alphabetical order, but I'm not limited to reading in order, as I have copies of some later books but not earlier books.
#BradburyTrio is a poem, short story, and essay every night for 1000 nights. I have poetry, short stories & essays sent via Instapaper to my Kindle + I've collected some essay & short story collections & poetry anthologies to read.

@babaohreally I do! I have an account @[email protected] & a 2nd at https://books.theunseen.city/user/tlwright
I went for a 2nd bc I wanted to test out the import function as the 1st one was turned off due to server issues and an influx of new users.
@LnzyHou Ah! Bc Grandma was born in the Smokies before they turned it into the NP, and Grandpa was from NC, and they loved fresh onions with their beans, and dad learned from his folks.
Neat how food prep methods travels around!
Merry Christmas Eve to everyone celebrating! ☃️

@SonOfGhoul you're welcome! I tend to stay close to the oven when it's preheating just bc I've done the same thing many times before.
@LnzyHou My dad & grandparents would do that when they made beans. I'm not fond of the raw onion taste personally, and neither does my husband, so we go without.
Faya was Displeased at wearing a harness, and showed me her displeasure by giving me the #AirplaneEars.
CHANGE NOTICE
:
A lot of folks have expressed the desire to be able to link to their PLP - or Public Landing Page without having to be be a PRO user.
This is now possible and the option is available to everyone in profile settings, disabled by default for your privacy.
However, in order to facilitate this there is now no distinction between a PLP being available 'just for COSO users' and the wider internet. It is now either on or off. If enabled it is available on the WWW.
