@CJShaneArtBooks I was physically active my whole life, but settled on walking when I hit my 70's, but at 73, my body said, "I pass." Since then, I reserve walking for pushing my shopping cart into Walmart to get my diet pepsi, which is way the hell inside that cavernous store. (in HI, you try to be frugal if you want to survive).

@CJShaneArtBooks huh? I got some cbd oil somewhere I got when I injured me knee in a motorcycle spill. Worked better than an opioid bc I didn't get all disoriented. I took one prescrip. oxycontin and hallucinated my oldest son hiding in the bushes around my house. My body at age 77 are starting to ache too.

They've been warning us all week that a severe rain and thunderstorm will hit our state today. @SaltyVeruca Hey, I went thru a Pluto TV binge for quite a while. I like those channels which just have music and scenic views, the train movement channel, the fireplace channel, and also the movie channels. That was before I started watching Netflix which I had for over 5yrs because of my son-in-law who lives with me.

@SaltyVeruca haw! I've had a Roku TV for about 2yrs and never there was such a channel. You may be right about being the only one watching. If there was an armadillo, nature's tank channel I'd prob. be the only one watching.

@maybeimaleo true. I used to have a sign on my door: Phone? To remind me to carry my phone when I leave the house. I still forget, and I had a cellphone since they came out with the Motorola brick! (work provided me with phones in all the assignments I had, even b4 that when cutting edge tech was a pager.)
