This week I'm buying a new washer and dryer, new cellphone, getting the generator repaired and buying the requisite materials for 3-4 years of house and yard projects.
We are current on all vaccinations, even recent TDaP.
We're also planning to keep an eye out for a camper when folks start needing to sell stuff.
I know this sounds small, given the bigger issues, but I have a cat that is likely going to die thanks to this election.
He needs surgery. He needs treatment. He's never been particularly healthy, but he's hung in there.
Yesterday, I probably had the income to get him the most recent round of recommended surgery.
Today, I have four years of the unknown ahead and people I've got to support. 😢
I can only assume that people think that a Democratic administration (or in some states, adorable little abortion amendments) is going to be able to do anything other than stand aside and watch.
Real shame - finally passed the healthcare expansion.
