@AkomoCombine This depressingly reminds me of a scene in "Team America World Police".

The UN sends Hans Blix to search North Korea for nuclear weapons. He tells Kim Jong-il that he must be allowed to freely search the whole palace "or else". When pressed ("Or else what?"), Hans narrows his eyes and tells him "Or else we will be very angry with you, and we will send you a letter telling you how angry we are."

Then, as now, the despot was unmoved.

Every so often,
Perhaps once a day,
My body takes leave of my mind.
With a cap on its head,
And a jacket in hand,
It wanders the sidewalks outside.
Though the brain must go with it,
The mind opts to stay
Immersed in a whirlwind of thought
