Some old white men got really concerned because the USA started to not be majority white.
They freaked out.
They started to do everything in their power to make sure that the USA was ruled by white men, no matter the cost.
They recruited people from all over the white world that felt the same. All of them agreed that white men must rule.
They decided to get that majority back by forcing people to have babies and deporting all non-whites.
Sound familiar?

If you switch from D to R, it looks like momentum for the R side. It will be used to say 'look at all of these people that knew we were doing the right thing and switched to R'.

It won't let you vote in the D primaries, and there might be a candidate that you wish to choose over another and that would kind of deprive you of that choice.

Those are really the only two arguments I can come up with. If you were Ind, it kinda won't hurt anything?

@JGSchaeffer @corlin Did you have to take the English language test to get your visa, or did your employment offer make it where you did not? Also, did you get a visa sponsored by an employer as part of a job offer, or did you file for one yourself with an offer?
I have been trying to figure this out.

@QueenOfEverything @elbutterfield I am right there with you. I want this at least proved so that nobody goes away feeling like it was unfair. The whole reason we had this shitshow is because enough people were convinced that we had an unfair election to literally put a felon rapist back in office. This stuff needs to be crystal clear every election. And everything the asshat is involved in should be investigated anyways. I just don't feel like our current government wants to investigate it.

@elbutterfield I really don't think Democrats are going to ask for any sort of investigation or recount. They seem quite content with just allowing this to happen. The people are not likely to rise up in their own defense anyways. It is very likely just going to be people quietly accepting their fate.

This isn't how it should happen, this is just what it looks like to me, and I just say what I think.

"We are going to completely destroy the US and take it over."

Dem: "We have a system of checks and balances and a constitution that will prevent it"

"Here's 10 million bucks. You can flee anywhere you like"

Dem: "Cool beans"

The US government has been for sale for decades. This isn't a new thing. This collapse that is happening now is unavoidable. The "good guys" are completely outnumbered and the "bad guys" are completely bought off. The rich will flee this country long before the poor can.

This isn't the beginning of the collapse of American society, this is the end of it.

Shut down the economy, allow the government to collapse. Rise up and take it back once it does. Eject the ruling class.

I wonder if we could have a hand count of one district in one swing state to reassure Americans that they had a free and fair election. People would be convinced that the election was legitimate and that there were no shenanigans. It seemed to be no problem when republicans lost, so it should be no problem when they win. I know the Democrats are all "high road" people, but it might be a good idea to at least hand count one district. You know, to unify the nation or whatever.

@djmpb Electioneering is the latest money making venture. I wonder how much money was spent on this last election on both sides. I wager it was greater than the GDP of several countries. It is high time we, the people, stopped letting ourselves get fleeced over and over. The votes haven't even been finished counting and here are the fundraising requests for the perpetual election cycle.

@AndyM I absolutely agree. It is disgusting, and it definitely wasn't Biden's fault.

It is hard for us to confront who we really are, but confronting who we really are is the only thing that is going to change us.
