Some old white men got really concerned because the USA started to not be majority white.
They freaked out.
They started to do everything in their power to make sure that the USA was ruled by white men, no matter the cost.
They recruited people from all over the white world that felt the same. All of them agreed that white men must rule.
They decided to get that majority back by forcing people to have babies and deporting all non-whites.
