I've got a blog on infosec.press: infosec.press/beveragenotes/ It's random musings about whisky or other beverages. It's pretty green, so don't expect too much for a while. @Yarnchick The two biggest things that have helped my back pain--a result of two herniated disks--has been physical therapy, losing my gut, and a regular yoga practice--which builds and maintains the gains from therapy and weight-redistribution. (I'd say weight loss, but really it's where the weight is at on my body and not total mass. My gut was pulling on my back in a most unhelpful way.) Naturally, your husband's mileage may vary.

@johnldeboer Check out the "Jack" podcast (https://mswmedia.com/show/jack-a-special-counsel-podcast/) Andy McCabe speculated he wouldn't go to a "hard time" type of prison, but to some sort of "country club" prison. Maybe he'll get house arrest and an ankle monitor. "Pick one, Bedminster or Mar Al Lago, 'cause that's where you're stayin'". I can live with that.
