I’m looking for app recommendations from the hive mind here…
My husband lives with chronic pain from multiple back surgeries and wants to try something different. Have you tried in person hypnosis and/or apps for self-hypnosis for chronic pain? Did an app make a positive impact?
Thanks in advance

@Yarnchick The two biggest things that have helped my back pain--a result of two herniated disks--has been physical therapy, losing my gut, and a regular yoga practice--which builds and maintains the gains from therapy and weight-redistribution. (I'd say weight loss, but really it's where the weight is at on my body and not total mass. My gut was pulling on my back in a most unhelpful way.) Naturally, your husband's mileage may vary.

@scottlink thank you so much, we were just talking about contacting his PT from 5 years ago when this first started. I think it’s time we get him back to regular visits. He’s been able to lose the gut, and I’ll suggest yoga as well. I appreciate your input
