Am I tracking it correctly that the US went from being the one (one of the ones?) to veto UN security council resolutions calling for a ceasefire in Gaza, to actually introducing one this morning? Which China & Russia then proceeded to veto?

saw a video on mastodon that purported to be of the Moscow terrorist(?) attack. But the outside of the venue had a lighted sign saying (in English) "Crocus City Hall".

There's no way that sign wouldn't be in Russian though, is there? I was immediately suspicious.
