Any of my fellow #cosoCanucks know how to get hold of a higher customer service rep at Rogers. Was on hold for nearly an hour and half, was disconnected, then had to call again, after being stuck with a text chat rep for half an hour who could not help anyway. That call lasted almost two hours before I was disconnected again. I do not want to have to go through that again just to update the account. 🤬
