For the mastodon site administrators who have decided to have an ad-blocker detector running on this installation: I do in fact run an ad blocker; but when a site asks nicely, I turn it off for that site until the site dances and sings trying to get me to pay them something. Then I turn it back on.

Counter Social remains greenlit because the pop-up asking for contributions doesn't dance and sing when it does it. I wish the detector was that discriminating in it's warnings about ad blockers.

@AskTheDevil Thank you. I really don't understand why it would throw captchas at you. I have noticed some weird glitches getting to the site as an editor a few times but I've never seen it do that just trying to log on. I'll keep an eye on it.
