The Arcology of the Future? The video in this article https://ranthonyings.com/2024/06/sailing-around-the-world-around-and-around/ was the inspiration for a planned novel which is about an arcology that just happens to be running an operability test right as the oceans turn over.

@ranthony Nope. Just visited the page, and it popped up a captcha. And it was one of those that just kept asking over and over. I was presuming you wouldn't want that so I thought I should mention.

@AskTheDevil Just checked with a incognito window, no prompts at all. What browser are you using? Just curious.
@ranthony Brave, Firefox, Win 11. Not sure why that should make a difference. Brave runs on Chromium, if that helps.

I did read Outside is Death. Grim. Felt like I could relate to the emotional landscape of it. I liked it.
@AskTheDevil Thank you. I really don't understand why it would throw captchas at you. I have noticed some weird glitches getting to the site as an editor a few times but I've never seen it do that just trying to log on. I'll keep an eye on it.
@ranthony It's always something. Any web app, even a simple one any more still involves a bunch of moving parts. Between you, your site, your visitors, your hosting provider, all that.
