I spend a lot of my time just trying to help others who suffer from the symptoms of Meniere's disease: https://ranthonyings.com/2024/08/equilibrium-advocate/ explaining to them, if they will listen, that there are no answers in the diagnosis itself. You have to dig deeper than that, find the thing that you think causes your symptoms and then try to treat that. That is your only way out.
