yup. i already downloaded and read the Complaint filed by Rasella.
it appears to be a pretty straightforward and solid case, but my prediction is that Musk will force an out of court settlement with NDA attached by threatening very lengthy and expensive court battle that he can easily afford and most eevryone else cannot.

green i've seen but only from afar--thank God(s).. this was honestly the strangest thing i've ever seen weather wise--even tops the 3 water spouts that came directly over the soundside restaurant i was working lunch shift in on the Outer Banks in NC! the floor went from dry to 16 inches of water *inside* in just 12 minutesand the cars parked outside got shoved around a bit. (Luckily, one of our cooks shut the electrical main as soon as the 1st one came over us!)

weirdest hailstorm i've ever seen! we just had another hail storm lasting only 6 minutes, but just before it came the entire sky turned the heaviest shade of absolute YELLOW! it was so yellow that it made the actual air seem yellow everywhere you looked!!
hail stones were the size of fat chickpeas mostly with a few that i measured at 1.25 inches

Reading through the complaint filed, it's pretty straightforward, and looks like it will have a very good chance at prevailing. Musk will likely negotiate an NDA Settlement out of court, and likely for way less than they could gain if he did not deliberately prolong the proceedings to bankrupt the plaintiffs. Which, i'm sure, he would absolutely do since he can easily afford it.
