But, here I go! I've seen one too many articles suddenly noticing that maybe the climate might be changing because fires *in Canada* are making parts of the US which are NOT ON FIRE smokey?

The west has been burning for years, destroying land, houses and lives. Mostly started by power companies more interested in profit than maintenance, accelerated by years of record drought caused by climate change, and it barely made national news.

This is a Fred’s steak. Yes, it’s suppose to look like that 😆. An absolutely amazing marinated steak invented around 60 years ago by a SF Bay Area butcher. It’s legend for locals. Don’t live there anymore, but the wife made a trip to the area, and brought this back.
Maybe the best steak I’ve ever cooked.

Morning 'Nauts! Glad I did outside chores yesterday, possible thunderstorms today. Yikes. Cool and possible rain later in the week too, a bit unusual for here in June. Inside chores today.

Enough coffee sipping and Internet time wasting. Time to get to work, that field will not mow itself, unfortunately!

Did a ton of chores today, weed whacked about 1/4 acre, wire brushed the winter moss off the patio, pulled a metric ton of bracken, and swept the garage.

Very tired, and @rabbitroodle is out of town. I'm making grilled cheese for dinner, because I'm an old, and can do what I want.
