@scottronaut5150 I had an old little G-Shock strapped to the tractor. No solar, wasn’t sure how old it was when I strapped it on. Figured it’d last a few years. Finally disintegrated last year, after 12 years on the tractor. Battery still worked, the case just finally fell apart. Must have been 15+ years old. @mikeflstfi

@mikeflstfi And, bluetooth is cheaper than an atomic clock receiver, so I could see the attraction. My beater solar G-Shock is only 3 seconds off the time I set 10 years ago when I last set it (had to replace the illumination battery)! @scottronaut5150

@elbutterfield 2 weeks is totally reasonable, and actually seems kinda quick, for both a high profile defendant, plus council more interested in theatrics than law.

@LiberalLibrarian We take these issues very seriously. Not seriously enough to spend the time/money/effort to PREVENT them, but just seriously enough to take performative action to avoid large class-action lawsuits.
