It’s one of at least six moves in gymnastics that have already been named after 24-year-old Simone Biles. But it’s our favorite. After some artistic stretches, she races, takes off in the air and does a double flip with a triple twist before landing to breathless exclamations from commentators.
On the way to the kitchen to make your first cup of coffee you step in cat puke. Do you:
A) Stop to clean up your foot and cat puke
B) Continue the mission because fuuuUUUuuck that

Yes, I do catch myself “mansplaining” occasionally and I’m not proud of it. I’m working on it. Sometimes I just happened to learn something and I’m only sharing my findings.

What in the sam hell is wrong with my back?! All I did this week was 1.) have a birthday 2.) engage in some "light" stretching. Apparently those are strong enough offenses to send a person to Lower Back Jail for the day.
Alright people...I've just gone pro. I've been lurking and stubborn about it because I fee like I have 50 subscriptions that collect $3 here, $9 there...but a place with good people where I'm not the product? Yes please. This is the type of effort we should be supporting. @th3j35t3r Thanks!

shout out to the street sweepers, businesses, and thousands of volunteers across the country who are showing up every morning to hell on earth just to try to clean up and help small businesses salvage their livelihood.
