It’s one of at least six moves in gymnastics that have already been named after 24-year-old Simone Biles. But it’s our favorite. After some artistic stretches, she races, takes off in the air and does a double flip with a triple twist before landing to breathless exclamations from commentators.

I’m in constant amazement over Simone Biles and how she is mastering new tricks (yes, “tricks” is actually a term of art in gymnastics) even at the age of 24, which is normally the very end of a gymnast’s competitive career.
