I have a feeling this will be the year of finding out for those who have been fucking around.

Here's what I think about #NewYears.

I have lived a life that spans 4 decades. I've seen all kinds of advancements, and none of them seemed as impactful in the moment as they were in retrospect.

Over those four decades, things have gotten better and worse, depending on the metric. We're conditioned to focus on the bad, but there's way more that's good.

On the whole, I think we forget that every day is a gift, and that marking every new year is a profound blessing. May we each see many more. 💚
