I can't blame them, either. As far as No Hunting zones, in my neck o' #TheOzarks it's understood by the locals that properties whose perimeters are lined by trees with purple rings painted around their trunks are prohibited areas. Why aren't signs posted? Many can't afford to buy them; paint is more cost-effective.

Still, that level of wasted meat doesn't track. Yes, farmers will rightfully defend their crops, but localities tend to coordinate with say, Fish & Game, to have licensed area hunters who want the meat, take care of the culling. All those carcasses laying about only create more problems.

Oof. Feels, hon. Whenever my PCP or Ortho doc revisits the topic of back surgery, my standard response for years has been that getting cut isn't the objectionable part; it's the post-op pain management that scares the ever loving beans outta me. Thing is, as time goes by, so does my willingness to consider surgery.

Jade plants can self-propgate. When mature leaves drop, under the right conditions they can sprout more plants where the leaf had previously grown on the larger plant. Yes, those are essentially jade babies. 😄

The little cutie in the background begged me to take it home a few days ago. Now that I've found a nice planter, there's also a tiny, unexpected surprise. 🥰
