Maye Musk, his mother, had been in Canada since the 80’s after she left Elon’s abusive father. Elon Musk’s timeline doesn’t make any sense and is full of contradictions.

He was 17 when arrived in Canada.

He was 24 when he moved to CA to drop out of Stanford.

He has a tendency to conflate reality.

I discovered that last night. Apparently he and his brother, according to his father, went to Canada to avoid the draft.

Musk says he intentionally dropped out of school because he wanted to start a business in the US.

What he didn’t mention is that he wanted to do it on a student visa.

His brother was more honest.
