Because it's Tuesday, have some "Mouldy Old Dough", from Lieutenant Pigeon:

All I know about Plex is that their directories sometimes show up on r/opendirectories. There's apparently some privacy setting that can be set to allow/ (prevent) this.
If the external device is accessing the Plex server directly, and it's not every FLAC file that has an issue; then there's some header in the file that must be different. You should be able to compare the files.
I know, right?
More support for my time traveler theory.
Dividing people into "Us" and "Them" is such an effective tactic.
In fact, there is no "Us", we're all "Them". There are varying degrees of agreement and commonality, but in the end we're all individuals.
We spend far too much time and energy trying to debunk the concept of "Them" being bad. We're getting it backwards - we should embrace our "Themness" and debunk the concept of "Us".

I'm a Timothy Dalton fan, because The Living Daylights and License to Kill were both smart and such great fun. He only made the two, but was considered and/ or contracted for others in the series. Contract and other issues plagued the negotiations - although it was a contract issue for Pierce Brosnan that put Dalton into The Living Daylights.

The most difficult thing will be adding states. To solve the world's problems we'll need a unified world government. You can't bomb your way to peace.

My suggestion to mint 39,000 one-billion dollar coins to pay off the US debt from a few days ago works.
I've been refining step 2 of my r/4stepplan, and it truly raises all boats.
I'm not sure how best to communicate all the solutions I suggest for the issues - but I do have solutions.
Also, at some point we might need to break out the r/HayforksandFirebrands.
for 1st time in history, elites can make the majority of human beings economically non-competitive.
half the world has IQ < 100. The average uni degree has IQ of 115, which tells you how truly non-competitive humanity is compared to whatβs coming.

That's MORE reasons to do this

7 years ago I went in for a routine physical, and they did an EKG; then they put two nitro pills under my tongue, threw me in an ambulance, and sent me to the ER.
Got my chest cracked open & some plumbing done on my heart. It's all good, now, but it was real there for a bit.
Getting old ain't for wimps.

Mildly useful general knowledge: Never use the restroom closest to the Nuclear Medicine department in a hospital. Technicium-99m has a half-life of just over 6 hours so it's over 90% gone in a day - but it's best avoided if one can.
Great for imaging, though. That high decay rate is an advantage there.
Good luck.
I know how to fix it. All of it. Just ask.
