Today's work largely revolves in replicating work so our new stuff looks similar to our old stuff. Yay. P.S. This is part of why I dislike using Bootstrap in personal projects.

Thought about trying to run a FATE game for some friends who aren't super into rules. Debating between that or a modified version of Tri-Stat.

Long day raking the Father-in-law to a flea market and then lunch/dinner at Cracker Barrel. I do 'love' as family, and he has welcomed me into his as best he can, but damn he is frustrating sometimes.

I hate when my brain decides to run a train of thought that puts me in a not so great mood all day. This time, it was a dream. Lovely. Time to resort to my cleansing Playlist.

Went to the doctor last month due to an ear infection. Found out I was heavier than ever, and my Blood Pressure was a little high. Made changes to my diet and have officially lost 15lbs, and my blood pressure is down a but too. Still higher than they'd like, but making great progress. Very happy indeed.

I'll try the windows update a bit later tonight. I've tried restarting. I noticed it happening the on Sunday, not sure if it may have started before then.

It shows up for me, just doesn't let me do anything. I click it and the start menu goes black and nothing else happens.

So anyone on CS here have any experience with Windows 10 Taskbar search? When I open the start menu, and try to type the name of an app, it searches, but clicking the search results doesn't seem to do anything. Kind of weird.

Yeah. Been looking at learning Android development anyway, so I haven't gotten it working yet, but figured it was a fun project. Not sure it will be super popular but just want to try my hand at it.

Both. Content honestly isn't worse so much as... for lack of a better phase dumber. The discourse in TV news, news paper, many online services, have just taken a rave to the bottom in terms of what they cover, what they tolerate, and what is worthy of screen time. And the news from 45 and the government in general lately isn't helping.

I did love that hat. Got it at a convention several years ago. It fell apart about a year ago. Need to ask my wife to make me a new one sometime.

I spent about 5 years working at a company that revolved around cataloging, monitoring, summarizing, and even clipping news casts. National and local news casts from around the country. Since then I don't watch news very much. But these days, I feel I have to and it just makes me sicker and sicker. I hate it.
