Times are a rough at moment so I’ve not been able to keep up with the supplements I take to help with my autoimmune condition. (Stuff my doc recommended I take to help manage symptoms.)

The platitudes and pep talks are not working for me anymore. It doesn’t seem to matter who is doing it famous person or friend. It all seems pointless at the moment. I had already shut down all my other SM and now I’m on regular media black out. I have to interact with people in Texas and I will assume they are all MAGA first. We won’t talk about anything important and it will all be polite and “Texas friendly” knowing they would sell me out in a heartbeat if they knew I disagreed with them.
