@teengee so I can get a replacement battery kit for $35 and replacement ram to take it up from 2gb to 16gb for $15. So for $50 I can get this heavy beast back in business.

@teengee this one is 15 years old and needs more RAM to run latest OSX - is it really worth it...?

@Jess feel like I narrowly avoided burning my house down.

Pretty sure Pro batteries are NOT supposed to look like this - sigh!

@stueytheround @JoyfullyDazed I selfishly chose to jump ahead to snag the next big winning lotto numbers...

@JoyfullyDazed I chose "future" but way more folks want to go back in time. A fun dilemma!

@chad_key I hunted this one down used but almost mint condition. Paid $400 for it 25 years ago. Had it serviced a few times, but still a great investment. More than that, it’s a reminder to slow down and not everything has to be digital.

Keeping it classy! This Omega Speedmaster Professional was born the same year as me - 1970. Double proof that good care and maintenance works, we’re both still ticking strong!

@mikeflstfi here's the watch I mention on IG. Was my grandfather's watch and I was always fascinated by the style as a small kid. Was the only thing I wanted when he passed. Still runs great!

@th3j35t3r @Alfred even a serial killer has a supportive family.... but someone else does not - hmm!

The look on my face when you tell me it's our product yet we've authoritatively proven to you (and your cyber team!?!) that it's your network...

How many here use as an actual payment method vs buying and holding?

@WuzzaDiva very cool. Yeah, it's super adaptable, I'm trying to get my layers consistent before trying new things. I find my first layer is always too thick - I think I am pouring too much on my first go! Fun though.

Made (Japanese rolled omelet) for breakfast this morning. Added a little soy and hot sauce to the mix. Still needs lots of practice, but even mistakes can be delicious!

@BFBucky1 @LnzyHou work in a SCIF or hold down the fort here on Coso? Both probably!

Get off Google. I've mentioned here a few times that I have actively worked to "get off Google" services and it is NOT easy (sigh). Here is a quick method to download all your Google data in bulk (yes all your photos!). Beware, the list of Google services storing data about you is scary (eye opening).

@voltronic okay, so I did get free shipping! Not sure I did anything underhanded, is it possible they just changed it? Are you stateside?

@LnzyHou I actually filter out that word to keep my sanity, but yeah I saw some of the recent court news updates. Let's hope he's going down!
