Made #tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet) for breakfast this morning. Added a little soy and hot sauce to the mix. Still needs lots of practice, but even mistakes can be delicious! #cosocooks
@WuzzaDiva very cool. Yeah, it's super adaptable, I'm trying to get my layers consistent before trying new things. I find my first layer is always too thick - I think I am pouring too much on my first go! Fun though.
