I've been reading a lot of #spy #espionage #thrillers lately. My most recent favorite is In the Blood by Jack Carr. Below is a list I use to track what I've been #reading. Do we have a #bookclub or #cosobookclub ?

My teenage daughter surprised me with bangers and mash today. I had a busy day at work and didn’t have dinner planned and she whipped this out! I’ve been in U.S. for 25 years now and there’s not much I miss, but bangers and mash is one of those things. Yumm!!
@SamFibonacci thank you. I'm doing great TBH, but the lingering PHN is frustrating at times. Acupuncture literally saved me!
@earthling_down_under thanks for that - I hadn't seen/found it before. I'm looking for a solution to the lingering PHN and a lot of the results I've found address the #shingles rash - which is long gone for me but did leave me heavily scarred. Thank you so much for the link, I'll read thoroughly.
Last year I got #shingles on my face (#PSA get your shingles vaccine!!) and almost lost my right eye. 18 months later and I'm left with a lot of scarring and post-herpetic neuralgia #PHN of the #trigeminal nerve. #Accupuncture has been a lifesaver, it got me off a dependency of Gabapentin and has helped make the nerve pain more managable.
Does anyone know of a topical lotion/cream that helps reduce the symptoms of post-herpetic neuralgia?

@MonaT she’s a good little pup really. Mischievous but good and just different than a lab. He’s the pic that sucked my wife in.
@BlueRevolution exactly. Our (only) other dog was a beautiful, calm, chocolate lab who we had for 14 years. My wife picked Mo for her cute looks (she was an adorable pup) and didn't pay attention to the HUSKY!!! part. Great little dog, but LOTS of energy!
