Should the CoSo funding bar (that tells us how much we need to raise for the month to meet costs) be moved to a more visible area?

@ChillySnowgirl +1 Wasn't suggesting we replace it, just give the fundraising that sort of high visibility.
@bfgreen The sentiment bar absolutely has a useful purpose though. It let's us know if things are getting too negative here, and i feel like that's a good thing to keep track of...
